I fixed the washing machine today. If you're going to pack up for an evacuation, you REALLY should be packing clean clothes. It wasn't hard to fix either. I took the back off the machine, said a bunch of swear words, took the drain hose off, and with a screw driver, dug the sticky goo out, and put the hose back on.

We're tuned to the weather channel and are watching the satellite images every 3 hours. Right now its a toss up whether we're going to be hit. Wherre I am in relation to Belize City is 20 miles offshore and 35 miles north. I'm about 1/2 way between Belize City and the northern border, but 20 miles out to sea. We're going into Belize City on Tuesday morning to buy plywood for boarding up.
I hope you're okay.
Fling some o' them swear words at the wind, it just might work, just like with the washing machine.
