Conclusion I drew from this: smart police officers make out with their girlfriends under the stairs behind the police station while on night duty, dumb ones do it right at the front desk with their girlfriend on their lap, and the sarge upstairs.

All I can say is "EEWWW" . This is just gross, and yes I feel like a 11 year old when I did that. As a proud Caye Caulker tax payer, I am pleased to know that my money is being well-spent. MB
